How 101 Construction was built.
101 Construction was founded on a simple belief: that the construction industry could do better. Better communication. Better craftsmanship. Better relationships between builder and client.
Since registering in 2017, we've delivered luxury residential builds, complex commercial fitouts, and sensitive education-sector renovations across Western Australia. We're approaching our 10-year anniversary — and every project in our portfolio was won through referral, not advertising.

101 Construction is led by a tight-knit team with 50+ years of combined construction experience. This isn't a company where management disappears after the contract is signed.
A dedicated carpenter at heart, Bryn is the driving force behind 101 Construction — bringing 25+ years of construction experience from New Zealand and Perth. He balances the roles of builder, business owner, and advocate for upskilling the next generation of tradespeople.
With 25+ years across high-end residential builds and large-scale project management, Scott brings deep carpentry expertise and the discipline to keep every project on programme. When he's not on site, you'll find him mountain biking or camping with his three kids.
The operational backbone of 101 Construction, Tash manages every project from initial enquiry through to completion, drawing on her background in architecture and project management. She's the friendly voice you'll hear first — and the reason everything runs on time.

We work alongside your architect, designer, or our preferred consultants to translate your brief into a buildable plan — managing documentation, approvals, and scope.
The build.
Our in-house team and long-term contractor network execute the build to specification. You receive regular updates, real-time access to your project manager, and zero surprises.
Handover.
Every project closes with a thorough walkthrough, defects resolution, and a handover that leaves you confident in what's been delivered — and ready to live or operate in your new space.
